I'm Danilo Cordeiro, a software engineer from Campos dos Goytacazes, Brazil. I'm a Staff Software Engineer at Arco Educação, on the Isaac team, and I've been doing backend work for over 10 years — mostly Go, Java, Kotlin and Node.js.
I've spent a good part of that time on systems where mistakes are expensive: payment gateways, boleto issuance, bank remittance and reconciliation. I've also worked on healthcare integrations and retail demand forecasting running across multiple clouds.
This site is my public notebook. I write to organize what I am learning, record decisions and, hopefully, help someone going through the same problems.
